My Journal- Week 5
It was something so surprised me very much! What a special evaluation for the instructor. I meant that my group worked as "The Star", the interviewing presentation. Yes, it was a very satisfy conclusion. I was so happy for the comment of the instructor. Absolutely, our points were excellent! After that, the instructor adviced us about "Interview Issue" I thought that it so useful for us. For example: a very important tip for first was "Talk clearly, eye contact and body language" That I actually thought it was the point of our character.
Moreover, on this week. The instructor told us about the NEW Assignment. It was "Design Evaluation" I've been did it before. But, I understood wrong. OMG, I just posted my comment on their journals. But, the right way to do was "Posted our design evaluation on their "ASAP" Templates. It was so fun. However, I will posted it again.

My Journal- Week 4
This week I had a very funny time! The instructor appointed works for us. It was "The Interview for the job" Our group thought about this together in the atmosphere like raining~ Then, We decided this work for the topic of "The Interview of The Star" Aha..! I actually thought that it would be perfect and very fun for students in class. Hopefully it would be like that. And, in fact it was very interested and funny thing! I felt happy very much. I loved it. My job in the presentation was "P'Jo" the commentator of The Star (in fact) It clearly to convey for everyone by the conversation. Moreover, I saw many presentation from every groups. It was very interesting too. For example. Mr.Champ's group was very intelligent to presented and it was clear to understand that they applied for hostess. It was very good presentation. I liked it.
Now, I felt that "The Interview" was very happy and not so serious. But, in fact it usually seriously. May be it will ascetic! I thought that If I'll graduate and I would apply for a job at the Hotel. The method of the interview will not be like this. Because, it is the REAL LIFE. But, I hopefully I will complete it!

Rationale: Why this brand?
Why this brand?
"Because You're Worth It" is the familiar sound for most people around the world. When they turn on T.V. and they would see a famous celebrities present L'Oreal products. L'Oreal group is the biggest world of cosmetic and beauty. As you can see, there are over 500 consumer products under control by L'Oreal group. Such as the luxurious brand like Lancome, a professional products like Kerastase etc. They bagin as a ZERO point on first step. But, they could prove to the people that their products are professional and high quality. I really interest about L'Oreal. Because of the reason that I can touch this brand when I was young. Now, It still stay and stand strong! How could they sustain their group and how could they put on the world marketing!? It was inspired me so much. To be successful in business is not difficult but not too easy.
From then till now, I choose many products by L'oreal. Such as shampoo, conditioner, Facial Foam. I accept that I'm stuck on it. Because of the high quality I could touch. And, their products are very luxuriously. And you? Have you ever choose this brand? If "Yes" I guess "Because You're Worth It!"

What did I learn from the VictoriasSecretCom?
I had learnt a very powerful of Victoria's Secret. They started in ZERO at the staring point. But, they can forced into their goal. It was the big award for their business. Moreover, I learnt that they began with the catalogue on the website by a very new style of selling. They created by themselves and sent the advertisement to people on T.V. spots, Internet banner ads and they printed ads in major newspaper. It was a good ideas to promoted their business. Time flies vey fast. Victoria's Secret had a lot of consumers to saw and bought their products. And, why their product was so cool? The answer was... Victoria's Secret products were very unique and had a very modern style. When the consumers came and touched of their product. They could felt that "Yes,it was gorgeous!" As the result, lot of customers bought it and came back again. These was an excellent of the designers (created) and a very inspiration of those who promoted it!
When I clicked on the website "www.VictoriasSecret.com" I touched a very luxuriously! The website had a well organize. All consumers can touched it as the first minutes they clicked on it! Me too. And, it divided in to many parts. Such as bras, swimsuits, shoes, cosmetics etc. It gave me a very comfortable to consider their products. Moreover, they persented their products by a famous supermodel or a very sexy model. They could inspired most people to buy it! So, Victoria's Secret was very charming!

My Journal - Week 3
This week I learnt about the topic for my product. It was very complicated for the first time. I actually knew that I didn't have any of the Marketing knowledge! But, the instructor could advise me as well. She taught and explained each topic. Then, she gave us some example of each topic too. I thought that I would create and design my blog like the professional. I wish I could! Oh.. I forgot to tell you about the Required sections. There were 5 main sections. Such as Rationale, Company Background, Product Strategy, Promotion Strategy and the last one was Reflection. I thought that the second and third section were difficult for me. Because, I never knew how to present or promote our brand. But, I will learn and try to understand about my brand "L'oreal" Moreover, Today (10/06/10) the instructor told the students that she didn't serious about our grammatical for the Journal. I felt so happy. I accept that I wasn't so good as English grammar. But, I would try. So, this week was very happy again. A very kind instructor and a very cold air condition! I liked it!

My Journal - Week 2
On week 2,the instructor started the lesson with a very fun and happy thing. It was "The Modeling" to present their product. All 8 volunteers were very professional. I gave them a big hand!
Then, we shared about "What are really in women's bag" again. In my opinion, I thought that in women's bag really have everything that she wanted or need. It means "NEED" were really in women's bag. Moreover, Money and Cosmetic always in her bag too! After that, the instructor taught us about what were things in women's bag again. There were many thing in her bag. For example, Beauty, Prestige, Pride, Hope, Ambition, Fantasy, Safety, Dream etc. That a lot of many many things that one woman could carry it by herself! Then, I learnt about the "Maslow's Hierarchy of Needy" There are 5 steps of his rule.
