        First of all, I would like to say "Thank You" for Aj.Gob, the instructor of this course and all students. For the first time before I had a good experiences in the class. I actually thought that "To create my blog" was too difficult. Because, I never had the experience about it. But, impossible is nothing! I learnt it and spent my time with it. So, I could knew that "It wasn't too difficult" but, it was too fascinating! 

         However, To act in the role of "General Manager" of L'Oreal, the giant cosmetic group in the world wide is very exciting and too hard in the same time. I actually study hard for the information of this big company and I also try to watch the advertisements of L'Oreal. That's the way I could reach in this brand. To be the most famous brands is not easy. But, this brand could grow up so fast. Why? The reason of this doubt is "Because, they also estimate their products depend on the respect of the differences of the consumers".

        For the last, I would say "Thank You" again for the really excellent and good experiences in this course. This course give me the new experiences and inspire me to do something that I never done before. To create the template on Blogger is so good!

For now, L'Oreal is the Biggest cosmetic business in the world wide. We could guarantee in our products. Because we estimate our products with the high tecnology and with our professional chemist in our lab. How could we do this? The answer is "Because we always respect the differences of people. Such as Skin, Age, Hair. We actually know that everyone have their own character. So, we produce many products for the best to all consumers.
That's why our LOGO create with Black and White color.
Black&White could suitable with every tone. It is the meaning of "You're worth with our brand. However, you're Asia with black hair or you're European people who have blonde hair" Everyone could reach our brands. And, the White color of the name "L'Oreal" is the color of pure and clean. My Journal- Week 6


          What a very funny and useful for us! On this week all groups of students had a good presentation on the activity that showed me about "The first day in work life" Some groups made it very clear and very formal. Some groups made me felt relax and laugh so much! I liked this week. The instructor taught us by the Real picture. We can learnt by ourselves. However, it didn't only the funny activity. But, it had something very useful and we could take it in the future. 
          For my group. We were presented in the background of "The Zoo" company. It was the Music company like GMM Grammy. So, we had a hard work to thought about how to created a good presentation and make the audience feel so good with us. And, the conclusion of our group was Just made a role play like The Star. But, only some character of The Star. Then, we discussed and created our presentation.
          Moreover, on Tuesday 29th. The instructor repeated about our Midterm Exam. I actually knew that I had a little bit knowledge of the Marketing. That what the reason why I should try and read it again and again.

My Journal- Week 5


It was something so surprised me very much! What a special evaluation for the instructor. I meant that my group worked as "The Star", the interviewing presentation. Yes, it was a very satisfy conclusion. I was so happy for the comment of the instructor. Absolutely, our points were excellent! After that, the instructor adviced us about "Interview Issue" I thought that it so useful for us. For example: a very important tip for first was "Talk clearly, eye contact and body language" That I actually thought it was the point of our character. 

Moreover, on this week. The instructor told us about the NEW Assignment. It was "Design Evaluation" I've been did it before. But, I understood wrong. OMG, I just posted my comment on their journals. But, the right way to do was "Posted our design evaluation on their "ASAP" Templates. It was so fun. However, I will posted it again.

           In 1907s, Eugene Schueller. A young French chemist is the first person who was found the way to developed hair dye formula safety for people. Then he offered this method to Hair Salon in Paris. And, he trademarked with the company group as "La Societe Franeaise des Teintures inoffensives pour Cheveux" in 1909s. 
        From then till now, the biggest cosmetic group developed to be "L'oreal" group nowadays. After that, L'oreal group researched and developed all cosmetics by 3  researchers in Laboratory. Hardly, L'oreal could developed the most perfect hair dye formula as "Excellence" cream to offered in the world market. As you can see, L'oreal group started it with the hair cosmetic. But, after that L'oreal group associated with the cleaning products and cosmetics together. Such as hair color, permanents, hair styling, body and skin care, cleansers, makeup and fragrances. Afterwards, L'oreal developed their potentiality and had more 1,000 chemists in L'oreal Laboratory. But, the most pride of L'oreal is Oscar in Advertising Award. Continuously, 15 years ago, L'oreal group growth from the little chemists group. But, Now they were the biggest cosmetic group in the world.

My Journal- Week 4

               This week I had a very funny time! The instructor appointed works for us. It was "The Interview for the job" Our group thought about this together in the atmosphere like raining~ Then, We decided this work for the topic of "The Interview of The Star" Aha..! I actually thought that it would be perfect and very fun for students in class. Hopefully it would be like that. And, in fact it was very interested and funny thing! I felt happy very much. I loved it. My job in the presentation was "P'Jo" the commentator of The Star (in fact) It clearly to convey for everyone by the conversation. Moreover, I saw many presentation from every groups. It was very interesting too. For example. Mr.Champ's group was very intelligent to presented and it was clear to understand that they applied for hostess. It was very good presentation. I liked it.
                Now, I felt that "The Interview" was very happy and not so serious. But, in fact it usually seriously. May be it will ascetic! I thought that If I'll graduate and I would apply for a job at the Hotel. The method of the interview will not be like this. Because, it is the REAL LIFE. But, I hopefully I will complete it!
